Moving your body can help your digestive system function normally. You can walk slowly after eating to reduce bloating and indigestion, or do moderate exercise 4-5 days a week, such as aerobic exercise, which will help your stomach and intestines move well and reduce bloating, heartburn, and stomach tightness. 

However, you should not walk or exercise immediately after a meal, as exercise requires a lot of energy. If it is during the time when your stomach is still digesting food, it may have a negative effect on your body. You should rest and exercise about 1-2 hours after eating a small meal or 30-60 minutes after a snack.
